Artifact 1

b. Use technology to design and implement a variety of formative

and summative assessments that accommodate learner needs,

provide timely feedback to students and inform instruction.

  • Implementing technology into assessments as well as curriculum is important.  This artifact shows this by implementing the use of PowerPoint or other presentation software for students to display what they have learned in a module.  This presentation is how they are evaluated on their comprehension of the content.

Artifact 2 & 3

b. Use technology to design and implement a variety of formative

and summative assessments that accommodate learner needs,

provide timely feedback to students and inform instruction.

  • Student engagement is also an important part that needs to be assessed.  With this area in mind I crated 2 video quiz using TEDEd and Playpostit.  This a I short quiz on a introductory video.  The quizzes asses how well the students stayed engaged.
