c. Model for colleagues the identification, exploration, evaluation, curation and adoption of new digital resources and tools for learning.

Artifact 1:

a. Shape, advance and accelerate a shared vision for empowered learning with technology by engaging with education stakeholders.

  • During my graduate studies I completed an Authentic problem project, where I identified a problem in my school and proposed a solution. After the completion of this project I was able to implement the solution in our school.

Artifact 2:

c. Model for colleagues the identification, exploration, evaluation,

curation and adoption of new digital resources and tools for learning.

  • Unfortunately the culture in aircraft maintenance is not conducive to new IT technologies. Because of this, I created this instructional program for the faculty in my school. It has been effective in teaching them how to use Microsoft Teams in their classes.

Artifact 3:

c. Model for colleagues the identification, exploration, evaluation,

curation and adoption of new digital resources and tools for learning.

  • As an educational leader we must model for our subordinates and peers the traits and resources available.  One of the we can do this is through professional development. For that reason I became a Google Certified Educator Level one.
