During my graduate studies I completed an Authentic problem project, where I identified a problem in my school and proposed a solution. After the completion of this project I was able to implement the solution in our school.

Unfortunately the culture in aircraft maintenance is not conducive to new IT technologies. Because of this, I created this instructional program for the faculty in my school. It has been effective in teaching them how to use Microsoft Teams in their classes.

As an educational leader we must model for our subordinates and peers the traits and resources available. One of the we can do this is through professional development. For that reason I became a Google Certified Educator Level one.
